Writing The Stonehenge Murders, with coauthor Herb Hemenway, has been a wonderful journey. We have spent many fun hours plotting how to introduce Dino Roselli, a homicide detective in St. Paul, Minnesota.
I’ve wanted to write a book for as long as I can remember. And it seemed like every time I cleaned out a drawer or went through a box that had been put away, I would find an idea, a beginning or a name written in a long-forgotten notebook or scribbled on a piece of paper. Writing The Stonehenge Murders completes a project dreamed about for a very long time.
Minnesota has always been my home. I was born and raised in Duluth and was lucky to be a part of a city that had Lake Superior as a playground. I spent my college years “up North” as it’s called in Minnesota, close to the Canadian border. But most of my life has been spent near downtown St. Paul, a city that sits on the Mississippi River and offers theatre, professional sports, fine restaurants, and a lot of history.
I like to spend my free time gardening, going to the cabin with my husband, Greg, walking our “princess” Annabelle, and spending time with family and friends.
